Tetris turns25 years old on June 6th. This game has been around for so long, well 25 years. Ha! But, it is a very addictive game that is fun for everyone. I can remember playing it when I was just a young kid on my Nintendo NES. Brings back memories.

MTV Blooper?
So, the MTV movie awards were this past weekend. Andy Samberg was pretty entertaining, and I think he is the next up and coming superstar in comedy. But, what was up with the Bruno stunt? Was it real? Obviously it was staged to land directly on Eminem. But why were the bodyguards freaking out so much and the award wasn't quit clear what it was? Bruno is a new character that is played by Sacha Baron Cohen, who play Borat. This seemed rather odd because Bruno just yelled out Zac Efron's name for no reason, and Efron seemed to be confused also when he went up for his award speech.

Censorship
I think that the V-Chip is a smart idea, but not a very well put together one. If that makes sense? Let's try again. I believe that the chip idea itself is good, but the way to set it up and use it is not very smart. That's better. It seems like it is way too difficult for a parent to set up. I know that if there were young children in my household, my parent wouldn't know how to set it up. They know pretty much just how to change the channel and record things on DVR. I feel that they could have made it a little more user friendly.

Twitter...
Twitter is STUPID. In my opinion. Sorry Twitter fans. From my understanding, it is just making statuses. What's the point? That leads me to another point with statuses. Facebook statuses. Those are also very stupid. I mean, who cares what you are doing, if you are my friend, call me and see what I am doing. Don't talk to me about what I did because you saw it on my Facebook status. I mean what's this generation going to come to? Here is a good status, "Going to my wedding, and the the reception, ill be on tomorrow." Or, "Going to the hospital, my wife is in labor." I would not doubt that this is what it could come to...

Youtube Mythbusters
Since Mythbusters is doing a You tube special show soon... i figured i would post a video that shows one of the members getting hit by a paintball gun they put together. It's not just any paintball gun though, it shoots thousands and thousands all at one time. it is kind of a neat video. Enjoy

Blog Prompt 1:Fred First
As I was skimming through the different bloggers that were given for this blog prompt, none of them really appealed to me until I clicked on Fred First. His idea for starting a blog was pretty interesting. Before writing his first blog, his grandmother passed away. He thought about all of the stories that she had over her lifetime. So a main motivation to start his blog was to share his stories with his family.
This interview appealed to me because I can relate to it. My Brother-in-law, Sister, and Nephew all live in South Carolina. My sister set up a blog so my family can stay updated on their family. My nephew is the first grandchild of our family so this is also a big deal to watch him grow. It makes it a little easier on us since we only get to see them a handful of times each year.
